The OKR framework is a deceptively simple goal-setting method.
With just two things: objectives & key results, it helps you set clear short-term goals and focus on executing them.
Still, it took us 2 years to make it work for us.

🤓 It’s not just an exercise in setting the best possible goals. It’s a way to create alignment and accountability at a company, team, and individual level. With specific processes, tools, and a lot of discipline.
In short, if you set quarterly OKRs, you know where the focus needs to be across the organization. So you know when to say NO to new ideas that would derail your current progress and goals.
⏱️ A few days ago, we thought about making one of our modules a standalone product. The excitement was obvious. But the OKR framework told us: not for this cycle.
Deciding to work on that instead of the current pipeline would mean disrupting many teams, creating unnecessary friction, and delaying other parts of the product.
The OKR framework helps us articulate specific quarterly goals and be laser-focused in executing them.
💫 And we keep on learning how to use it more effectively.
We even documented our process and interviewed SEO agencies that use it.
